Service Agreement

By booking our services, you confirm that all information provided by you, including pickup and delivery address, contact details, and inventory information, is accurate and complete. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional charges.

Booking & Confirmation

All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by VRL Packers and Movers. A booking will be considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on quotation, service details, and advance payment (if applicable).

Pricing & Payments

Our quotations are based on the details provided by the customer. Final charges may vary if there are changes in inventory, distance, manpower requirements, or additional services requested. We maintain transparent pricing; however, applicable taxes, toll charges, or unforeseen expenses may be added where necessary.

Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Delay in payment may result in service suspension or additional charges.

Packing & Handling

We take utmost care while packing and transporting goods. However, customers are advised to declare fragile, high-value, or sensitive items in advance. Items such as cash, jewellery, important documents, and personal valuables should not be handed over for packing and must be carried personally.

Transit & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, road restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. VRL Packers and Movers will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Damage & Liability

We ensure safe handling of goods; however, in case of any damage during transit, liability will be limited to the terms agreed upon in the service contract. Claims for damages must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for:

• Items packed by the customer

• Electrical or mechanical failures of appliances after transit

• Pre-existing damages

• Natural disasters or force majeure events

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers must inform us in advance for cancellation or rescheduling of services. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of booking and preparation involved.

Prohibited Items

Customers must not include hazardous, flammable, illegal, or prohibited items in the shipment. VRL Packers and Movers reserves the right to refuse transportation of such goods.

All content on our website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of website content is strictly prohibited.
